Hibernian Towers 505 is our luxury four bedroomed apartment situated on the Golden Mile of the Strand. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views from the living room and three of the four bedrooms. Enjoy the view whilst having a braai or just sipping cocktails on the oversized balcony and rooftop patio area comprising nearly 100 square meters of exclusive use area.

The apartment sleeps eight guests and is situated in Strand near Cape Town, South Africa. We are located close to Somerset West and on the edge of the Cape Wine Lands. The Historical University town of Stellenbosch and its wine route is only 15 to 25 km away.

Guests will enjoy a true home from home experience with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Coffee Percolator, a Capsule Coffee machine (provide your own capsules), build-in Bosch Oven and Hob, microwave, combination fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen & towels are provided, please bring your own swimming towels and consumables.

Evenings and lazy days can be spent in the comfortably furnished living area fitted with under floor heating, free WIFI, Smart TV with full DSTV bouquet.

Floor to ceiling windows accentuates the breath-taking views of the ocean.

Whilst furnishing the apartment the owners supported local artists Paul van Rensburg, Harry Erasmus, Sonia Stumpfer, Beth Brettany and Liza Durr to provide a homely ambiance.

The living area as well as the main bedroom opens onto the largest balcony/patio area in the entire building and is furnished with outdoor furniture and a Weber gas braai, whilst offering stunning views of the ocean, Cape Point, and the beautiful Heidelberg and Hottentots-Holland Mountains.

The apartment comprises four bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds) with two bathrooms.

The main bedroom is en suite with a bath, shower, basin and toilet and the second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

The building offer 24 hour security with access control. Two undercover secure parking bays are provided to ensure that you do not have to worry about your vehicle whilst staying at 505 Hibernian Towers.
